Jackie and I ran operations for a women’s live, in-person conference with over sixty attendees and she figured out how to deliver a fairly complex agenda filled with options, pathways, multiple concurrent sessions, venue management, decorations (they matter), fun uniforms and many small to big surprises that made everyone feel special.
